"Hi I'm Mike Wright. Nancy and I have been happily married for 30 years and have two amazing sons Dean and Derek. I opened RM Automotive in 2000 with the motto of "we provide a quality repair at a price that's fair". I take personal pride in helping people and supporting our local community. When we are not at RM Automotive running our mom and pop shop we enjoy camping and riding off road vehicles with family and friends."
I have been fortunate to service Asian imports, especially the Honda and Toyota brand of vehicles for over 30 years. I have a strong affinity for these cars.

Nancy Wright, Owner, Bookkeeper
Nancy has been married to Mike for 30 years and she enjoys working as the office manager taking care of bookkeeping and payroll. Nancy loves being able to work close with her family and spending time camping with them.
Dean Wright, Service Manager
Dean has now been with us for over 6 years and has become an expert in helping all our customers through the repair process as the Service Manager. He is the oldest son of owners Mike and Nancy. He received a bachelor's degree from Cal State Northridge where he played on the D1 men's soccer team. Dean is an avid sports fan and enjoys riding his dirt bike with family and friends.
Derek Wright, Business Development Manager
Derek is the youngest son of owners Mike and Nancy. He graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a B.S. degree in Technology information management. His Pontiac GTO is his pride and joy. Derek also enjoys riding his dirt bike with family and friends.
Kyle Crescio, Service Advisor
Kyle is originally from Chicago and moved to California over 13 years ago. He is going on 2 years working for RM Automotive and has become a top proficient service advisor. Kyle likes to go to concerts and has a hobby for cars with his Infiniti G35.
Efrian Lopez, Service Advisor
Efrian comes to us with 25+ years of experience in the automotive industry. He is from Burbank and likes to ride his motorcycle to commute to work. Outside of work he is a family man that does youth ministry for his church, working with kids and teens of all ages. Also Efrian has a big passion for boxing that he not only watches but likes to train too.
Robert Miranda, Service Advisor
Robert is from New Mexico where he grew up and then moved to California when he was 17 years old in 2018. He has been working in the auto repair industry as a service writer for over 6 years with great work experience. Some of his hobbies include riding dirt bikes, cooking/ grilling, and is a big working out gym guy. Also loves spending time with his wife and his 3 years old daughter.
Ricardo Barrera, Shop Foreman/Lead Technician
Ricardo, who everyone calls Ricky grew up in downtown L.A and moved to the valley about 2 years ago. He has over 7 years of experience as an automotive technician coming from a Toyota dealership and is Toyota certified. Ricky has been a great mechanic and is our lead technician here at the shop. Some hobbies from Ricky include paintballing, golfing, and love work on his own car, Nissan 350z
Ziad Haddad, Diagnostic Technician
Ziad is originally from the country Jordan and moved to the United State in 1989. His automotive experience started back home in Jordan and has over 45 years in the industry with expertise in diagnostic, smog, and electric. One of Ziad's biggest hobbies is going out to the shooting range.
Bryan Mise, Technician
Bryan came to us after working for multiple independent shops in the valley. Bryan has years of knowledge on all makes and models of cars and trucks. Bryan is originally from North Hollywood where he lives to this day. He enjoys spending time in his garden and with his family.
Ryan Mason, Technician
Ryan was born and raised in Granada Hills and has been in the valley his whole life. He has over 8 years of experience in the automotive industry. Ryan loves to be outdoors hiking for good exercising and working out, he also loves cooking.
Jesus Sanchez-Duarte, Technician
Jesus is from the San Fernando Valley and lives in Reseda. Within the automotive repair industry he has 20+ years experience and has expertise in heavy line and medium and heavy duty vehicles. Jesus has a strong interest and knowledge for all world history, we call him the history buff.
Edwin Salas, Technician
Edwin grew up in Burbank and went to Citrus College for automotive repair which is in the Azusa/ Glendora area. He has over 20 years of being an automotive technician. Some things he likes to do outside of work is watch football and root for the Dodgers; also loves spending time with his kids and now resides in Santa Clarita.
Vincent Morales, Maintenance Technician
Vincent is our skilled maintenance technician with 6 years of experience, having previously worked at Honda and Acura dealerships. A passionate car enthusiast, Vincent also enjoys playing and watching basketball and soccer. He was raised in Mission Hills, where he continues to reside.
Alex Frias, Customer Service Representative/Shuttle Driver
Alex is our shuttle driver to pick up and drop off customers home, work, etc. and help with janitorial duties around the shop. Also as our CSR he does thank and follow up calls with customers. He is from North Hollywood and came to us from a Nissan dealership. Outside of work he likes to stay active by going on hikes and hitting the gym. Also he loves spending time with family.
