Very professional. On time service. Good communication. The cost seems higher than other mechanic shops. They offer AAA discount which is about $50. They offer OME parts which is great but costly. Could they offer compatible parts with lower cost and same reliability?!? I will go back because they are trustworthy and that is hard to find in mechanics shops. Hopefully they can have some cost saving options.

I wanted a used car I was buying for my son to be checked out to see if there were any hidden problems. Kyle at RM was super helpful! He squeezed me in on short notice and gave me a very thorough review of the vehicle. They were reliable, with transparent pricing and very knowledgable. I totally recommend RM auto for any automotive needs.
