We brought our 2013 Nissan leaf in to get checked out because we were getting an error message on our dash. They performed a diagnostic and discovered that our 12V battery was very low which we had to replace and then, they had to remove the door panel because there was either a bad antenna or the antenna was loose, causing it not to communicate with the key fob for the car. They were able to remedy the situation. In addition, to that, my son had lost one of our key fobs and we had to get another one. Those key fobs are not cheap. My son is paying for it, but it is an expensive lesson that he learned. Our service guy, Anthony Bustillos, was excellent. He went above and beyond. We had a AAA discount, but he found us a better discount to help us out since we encountered a couple of issues with our vehicle that we were not expecting. We really did appreciate the extra mile that Anthony went to, in order to help us out.
