Man oh man! I really appreciate RM automotive! Every time I take my vehicle here I can always trust that not only am I getting great value but great reliable service! A great TRUSTWORTHY mechanic is hard to come by especially for young ladies. I hadn't been here in a while since the car has been running great. However, when I ran into a recent problem with my car and called around only to be disappointed by expensive quotes from competitors, RM Automotive gave me a FREE quick solution over the phone! Yep! The modern day Triple A! Will def. be taking to get my car services soon! Thanks guys

First time visit to RM Automotive. Rich, Mike, Reed and Heidi were all professional as well as polite. The service on my car was great and Rich made sure to list the additional services required, including prices, and then helped me prioritize the order so I could plan the next service. I did not feel pressured, just informed. I will definitely be a return customer.

RM Automotive is the best shop in town. If you want to be able to take your car to someone you can trust then this place is the only place you'll need. RM Automotive has the best customer service and really treats their customers with value and respect. I highly recommend this shop ! I will not ever take my car anywhere else. Had a great experience here. Came in for a 60k service on my Honda Element. Oil was changed, fluids, etc. The costumer service is great and they explained everything my car needed and didn't pressure me into getting things I didn't want.I also came here to have my vtec solenoid replaced since it was malfunctioning and the car was driving pretty weird because of it. I didn't have an appointment but they still diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed the same day.I highly recommend!

Good shop and customer friendly. I would recommend to others. They offer shuttle service which is nice.
