I have an older Camry and because of it's age it does need replacement of parts that simply wear out. R&M always prioritizes the needed repairs and schedules them over a period of time. An excellent way to run a business. I could have a periodic repair bill or a monthly car payment. I prefer the periodic service.

RM Automotive has always treated me right. I always feel like I am getting an honest price and the work is done right.

I’m new to RM and brought in my Lexus GS for much needed service recently. I worked with Rich who kept me informed on the progress of the repairs There were a number of issues with the car and Rich did a very good job explaining what needed o be fixed now and what could wait until later I found them to be honest and professional which are qualities that are hard to find in many repair shops.

Good service, I got a fair assessment shortly after dropping my Prius off and all repairs were done the same day. Most encouraging was they were done at the price agreed with no haggling for extra charges. I'll be recommending Rich and his crew.

Just had the car in for 60000 mile service, and still love the work and the service here. Couldn't recommend more.

I have been going to RM Automotive for many years and have always been more than happy with the service I have received, They always explain in detail what they have found wrong with my car.After an extensive amount of work this visit I picked up my car and when I began to drive it I thought it was a new car. This car is a 1997 Honda Accord LX. I would recommend RM Automotive highly.
