PRO:I had some major work done on the car and they did an excellent job on it. I am very happy with they work they did. :)At first, I thought I need a new re-built engine but they was able to save my engine and fix it up. :)CON:The only complaint is, there's actually another thing wrong with the car but they couldn't find it until much later when I had another major problem with the car.But it might have been my fault. I should have them check on it again after driving it few thousands miles more. Also, unless your car break down, they only take appointments. So you can't just go there for a oil change and have them do it on that day. You have to make an appointment and come back another time to do it. OVERALL:I recommend this place if you have Honda, Acura, Toyota, or Lexus.

When I first came in the personnel was friendly and explained in detail the problems with my vehicle. I was very impressed with their expertise and professionalism. There have been a lot of problems with my car and so far the first part is fixed and it is running great. I will definitely be coming back to them for further car maintenance and repair. Thank You.

Efficient, reasonably priced and realistic reviews of future repair needs for the vehicle.Practical discussions called via phone when the initial vehicle multi-point inspection was completed. Important items for life safety were clearly described and other maintenance items that would allow a wait time were discussed realistically.My vehicle will be returned for quite a few items, but not immediately and I feel comfortable knowing what is the most important.Pleasant staff and good communication.

RM Automotive was originally recommended to me by a friend who is a Captain in the Fire Department. And I am so happy that he did! Not only do they have reasonable rates, but they make you feel like you're an old friend. I've been to places that treat you like a number and are not very friendly, especially to women. I like the fact that I don't have to bring someone with me to understand what they're talking about. Rich took his time to answer my questions and explain what needed to be done. Heidi drove me to Hertz so I could have a car to run my errands for the day and we talked all the way over! There was no awkward silence. We talked about cakes and family! You guys rock and I will definitely recommend your shop to all my friends and coworkers. You have a lifetime customer in me!

I am so blessed to have found this place. The staff is so extremely friendly, and knowledgeable of their clients. It's so family friendly, with kid toys and magazines on the tables in the reception area, along grown up magazines, and free beverages. The work was performed right on schedule, and a nice list of what needs to be done the next time. The whole shop was very clean.
