I appreciated their great customer service and informed opinion about my Honda Civic. The oil change took a while but they let me know that it would take some time so I had no problem waiting. I enjoyed my experience and I plan to come back soon thanks again.

Great service and super professional. I started coming here for a bit when my hours at work changed, but now they're back, I went back to my old Mechanic. I came in for an Oil change, and a check up. They also repaired a hole in my tire.They pointed out some things my other Mechanic hadn't like the discoloration of my coolant, or something of that nature and would need to be replaced eventually.They're a bit more expensive than my other Mechanic but I'd come back in a heartbeat if they were not available.

You guys are still the best for me. You diagnose and give me options, especially when the options are outside of my budget.Thanks for the service and keep up the good work.

I have an older Camry and because of it's age it does need replacement of parts that simply wear out. R&M always prioritizes the needed repairs and schedules them over a period of time. An excellent way to run a business. I could have a periodic repair bill or a monthly car payment. I prefer the periodic service.

I’m new to RM and brought in my Lexus GS for much needed service recently. I worked with Rich who kept me informed on the progress of the repairs There were a number of issues with the car and Rich did a very good job explaining what needed o be fixed now and what could wait until later I found them to be honest and professional which are qualities that are hard to find in many repair shops.

Good service, I got a fair assessment shortly after dropping my Prius off and all repairs were done the same day. Most encouraging was they were done at the price agreed with no haggling for extra charges. I'll be recommending Rich and his crew.

Just had the car in for 60000 mile service, and still love the work and the service here. Couldn't recommend more.
