I have terrible luck with repair shops, so every time I end up at a new one I have this irrational fear it's all going to go wrong.I noticed my brakes started feeling funny about 4 days before a 400+ mile trip I had to take. I called RM in the morning and they were able to take my car in right away. They called about 11am informing me of the repairs that were needed (namely - master cylinder replacement and flush the brakes among some other service items). I was told the repair would take 3-4 hours and they would give me a call when things were ready. Well, the end of the day rolled around - still hadn't heard anything (and I needed my car that day) so around 4:30p I called to check on it. After Rich (I think) went to check on it, I was told they might have to keep the car overnight because they were having trouble flushing the system (this is where my irrational fear starts to creep up). Thankfully he went out and put in his expertise and called about 45 minutes later to tell me I could pick my car up. The brakes felt great on my drive and I have gone about 2000 miles since the incident without any fault. So overall, I am very pleased with the service. I did not feel pressured into any additional services nor did they perform any repairs without my prior approval. My only note is that I would have preferred a phone call when they suspected they were going to have to keep the car over night (rather than me having to call right before the business day ended). (It's really hard for me to give a 5-star review after one experience for car shops so for now it's a 4 - for me it's the repeat experiences -- but I will happily return to them for my auto-needs without hesitation - and for me that is a big deal!)
