Took my Honda Pilot there yesterday knowing my brakes were really bad. Not only were their prices fair (compared to the dealership), but I think they are a solid group of people that genuinely want to help.When I picked up my car Rich went over the 30 point inspection they did. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything. In fact, he told me how much longer I could go without doing some damage. Overall it was a great place and I'm really happy with the work done. I'd recommend them anyday. Heidi was great to talk to - she gave me the ride to work while my car was there. Jeff did a great job on the front and rear brakes, and Rich was a nice as can be. Will definitely come back for more....

I heard strange grinding noises as I was driving in gridlock on the freeway. I called R&M, and they assured me they would take care of it as soon as I could get my car in. They told me to drive safely. I brought my car in, which had several issues going on. It was amazing that they were able to get everything done in one day, all at a reasonable price and with lots of care and sincerest of smiles! My husband, son, and I have been going to R&M for years, and we keep referring everyone we know. Thank you all at R& M!!!
