Their expertise and customer service are second to none. I have been bringing my family cars to them for many years and recommend them to everyone I know. Anytime you need service or have an emergency problem, they are the experts to go to. Precise and efficient, from the front counter to the service bays, they are second to none. Their highly qualified technicians will do the job right. If you need a safe ride to and from your home or work, Heidi is there for you. I brought my wife's 03 GMC Envoy in for some routine maintenance. They discovered some safety issues with the chassis and were able to diagnose and fix the problem very efficiently. After having problems with my Toyota Tacoma I came straight to yelp and found this excellent shop. Not only was the job completed on time but I was notified every step of the way on repairs that needed to be done and things that should be done but were not necessarily immediately required. Rich is awesome at the front desk, I wont hesitate to go to this shop for any future needs I might have.

RM keeps on top of the maintenance and service for our vehicles. They recommend when work is required and will schedule it over a period of time. The work is excellent, any corrections are done immediately. They charge a fair price, always less than the dealership.

Their repairs are done well, their shop is really clean, their staff members are really polite, and they do a lot of favors for you like driving you to work or renting a car for you. They also take the time to explain to you what went wrong with the car and why they are doing certain repairs. They even cover their own repairs with a long warranty. I don't know of any other shop that does all these things. Their service is incomparable.

Great service , cheaper Than a dealer. Uses genuine Honda products, nice , courteous service .
