What are the top two things do you look for in an auto mechanic?For me, it's HONESTY and QUALITY SERVICE. I get both here, so I will be a loyal customer forever! Big things or small things I know that Mike and Reed will take good care of my car. Even if it's just an oil change, they do checks to make sure everything else in in good condition. I take my car here from a neighboring city because I feel it's worth coming to R&M! :)

The people at RM are great. They always remember my name, my car's needs and are always on time. I am really fond of their shuttle service which I just used for the first time at my last service. I am really glad that I found them when I moved to the SFV. And their prices are much less than the dealer to whom I was going for many years. I wish I had started using RM years ago and I would probably have saved a lot of money!

Very friendly and courteous. I get a ride to work after dropping off my car and the car is waiting for me when I get there. They go over all the work done.
