this shop looks small but have done an excellent service. They all are very helpful, friendly staff, including the Owner of the shop. They treated me like one of their neighbors. They are very TrustWorthy. I'd come back whenever my cars need attention !!! FYI : this was not my first time had my car fixed here. There's also a mini frig. that loaded with drinks & fresh brewing coffee or tea machine, the fancy kind ( sorry, I forgot the name ). Best place for Trusting car services to anyone like me who has no knowledge about cars :)

Looking for a good reputable auto mechanic is like searching for a trust worthy physician. I was taking my 1999 Lexus to the dealership for regular maintenance. The cost became prohibitive. The initial phone call consultation with Mike a few months ago was impressive. I finally made an appt and got an oil change the day before Thanksgiving. It was discovered that the front brake pads needed to be replaced. Reed, Mike, and Liz are genuinely responsive to the their customers automotive concerns. I was highly satisfied with the service rendered from start to finish. The cost was fair and reasonable. I look forward to a long relationship with RM Automotive.

The guys at RM did a great job! Rich was up front with problems that needed taken care of immediately and those that could wait. As well, I received updates as to when my vehicle would be ready and they even sent a shuttle to pick me up. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there for maintenance and repairs. Great job and great first impression!
