I have been driving out of my way (20+ miles!) for over 10 years to patronize RM. Great shop, friendly & competent service.

What I like about them is that they're straight forward and they're honest. I don't have to go back a second time. They do it right the first time. The technicians do what needs to be done right, the first time.

I wish the dealer had been so kind, quick and reasonably priced. I wish the dealer had not tried to convince me that my front brakes were at 2mm when they are are 3.5mm, and have thousands of miles left before needing replacements.

Quality caring service

RM Automotive is a very competent auto repair shop. They preform the repairs in a very timely manner and their prices are very fair. I would recommend their services to anyone who wants a fair deal and excellent work.

As always, Mike and Reed provide the best most convenient service. I made my appointment. I drop off my car and get a ride home. RM finished up the service on my car much sooner then expected. They come to my home to pick me up and in no time I have my car back and off doing what I need to do.

With some many repair shops in SFV, it was hard for me to find a shop that I felt comfortable with that has quality work, reasonable prices, and good customer service. I found what I was looking for at RM automotive.Throughout the whole process, RM kept me informed of what was going on. They also offered courtesy shuttle service. They even offer you drinks in their lobby. It's not just water either; they have Red Bull, soft drinks and coffee. I will be returning to RM Automotive and would recommend it to anyone.
