Service is excellent and timely.

I had the benefit of meeting Mike when he coached my son's soccer team many years ago. So before knowing him as a mechanic, I knew him as a coach. He was a fantastic coach and is a man of great integrity. The nice thing about RM Automotive is that you can trust them. They are not going to recommend work that doesn't need to be done. The entire staff is super nice, courteous, professional, and helpful. I know that my Honda is in good hands when I bring it there. If you are new to town or don't know where to go for your car needs, I highly recommend RM Automotive. I think you will be very pleased with the service.

Not a lot of shops get good ratings from me. I was in the area w/ a broken headlight & randomly found RM. Sean/Shaun said his staff was going to lunch but he'd stay to fix my light. Score! He was nice, quick, and he didn't try to sell me on shit. He ASKED for my business, for the opportunity to service my car at a future date. They even offer shuttle or a free car rental for the day. The ONLY downside is I live on the West side & work on the West side so it just would be super out of the way for me to go back. HOWEVER if ur anywhere in the valley I HIGHLY suggest u check em out. Legit!

Needed a alternator. I went there ,they gave me a ride home and a ride back to the shop. work done correctly and on the same day. -the best shop in the valley.

I've used RM twice for service and brakes on my Lexus. Their rates are really good and the guys are very professional. They even provide a shuttle service for drop-off/pick-up.
