Dealt with Mike, one of the principles of this automotive repair and service establishment. I enjoyed dealing with a pro, versed not only in auto-related aspects of his business, but quite courteous and professional in the customer service aspect of as well. Prices are competitive and no run-around and and getting 2 different price quotes for the same job from the dealer's 2 different "service advisors". I plan on getting the work on my wife's car done here, at RM Automotive in the next 9-10K miles!
