This was my first time using RM AUTOMOTIVE. My previous mechanic kept returning my car with problems I hadn't brought it in for so I went to RM. First of all they did a complete inspection of the items I had detailed for them. They did charge me for diagnosing all of the issues that my previous mechanic supposedly repaired. I wasn't too happy about this but when I saw what they had done to inspect my issues I realized why the charged this. They not only fixed ALL of my issues, PROPERLY, but they did a few more things and did not charge me. I picked up my car feeling very confident with their work. Dean, their Service Mgr. kept me totally informed and even the Owner Mike called me to go over some very detailed items. They are not the cheapest shop but you do get what you pay for at RM. If you are VERY picky about detailed repairs than this is your shop. The will drive you home after dropping off your car and the email you complete photos of the inspection. I definitely recommend RM AUTOMOTIVE to the most demanding of customers.

This is my first experience with RM Automotive. If you are looking for a "THOROUGH" repair shop than loook no further. They do a complete inspection of the problem before they start working. Yes, they so charge for this, which I was not fond of at first BUT when I got my car back I have to say I did feel confident that it was repaired properly. You get what you pay for and at RM you do get more than the average ship. Dean, the Service manager, was in constant communication with me and even the Owner Mike took the time to call me and go over EVERYTHING I had concerns with. At the end of the day I did pay more than my old shop but I left without any problems. RM had to redo some of the work I had just paid for with my old shop. I do recommend RM Automotive the for the customer who really wants their repairs done right the first time. BTW, they guarantee the work for 24 months. What does that tell you!

Had an excellent experience The salesperson was excellent he answered all my questions and explained everything detail by detail. I would definitely recommend this place to buy a car..

Super transparent about work and pricing and stellar customer service. Anthony was fantastic - accommodating, helpful, and informative. I totally trusted Anthony and his techs to do what I needed most efficiently (thanks so much!) it feels like I’m floating they did such a good job, my car feels like new. Details: the inspection report link was great and super helpful, as i could go through items that i knew needed servicing before coming and check out the damage online. There was tons of work to be done on my car so they weee able to get me a loaner - super convenient and helpful!!!

RM Automotive is the real deal, they guy that helped me out Anthony was great. He was professional communicated well gave me everything I needed know about the repair!! I would suggest RM to family & friends! Thanks RM

I’ve only had good experiences with the R&M team. They take the time to explain things to me in a way that I understand. And where they can, they’ll also look for manufacturer rebates if it applies to the work they’re doing for you — which was an unexpected surprise.

Brought my truck to do valve cleaning service and they did an amazing job I had Anthony helping me out with some great knowledge, They also did a full inspection for free I highly recommended this place for any vehicle needs

Mike and his team, Anthony, Dean, Darin, and William were so accomodating and did a great job on my Jeep and Lexus. This was my first time to RM and will definitely return.😎😎😃😃
