I've been using them since 2000, and I'm so glad I found a place I can trust!! Several of my co-workers use this place as well. They aren't the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. Their pricing is very reasonable, and never rips me off like the dealer garage. Very helpful in explaining details and options for repairs and predictions. Here are few things they did for me.1) I blew a gasket of my old car, but I wanted to fix it as cheap as possible since I was planning to sell it anyway. They replaced the engine with second-hand engine, but the car ran so beautifully, I almost regret selling it off.2) I got tires from Discount Tires on Parthenia by Corbin. Less than a year later, the tires were all messed up that I went for warranty replacement. All the mechanics at Discount Tires said that the shocks of my cars are broken, therefore I need to replace 3 shocks and also buy 4 brand new tires. I felt I was being tricked, so I took it to RM. Sure enough, shocks weren't damaged AT ALL, and I was just sold a bad tires by Discount Tires. They installed a new set of tires, and the tires are fine!3) My car always run nicer when it goes through regular maintenance with them! It's almost like my car got a spa treatment...Before RM, I had worked with a garage that is cheaper but failed in every other way. They hang on to my car for a very long long time without knowing when I can get my car back, they don't seem to do their job, and they don't/can't explain the repairs very well. Car repairs can be expensive, and I rather pay extra just to have someone I can trust to work on my car!
