It's so good, especially for a woman, to have auto mechanics one can trust. Where else would I take my new car for her introductory check up? I always get wonderful service from skilled mechanics with solid integrity. In this season of giving thanks that is certainly high on my list of things to be thankful for.
The service is always amazing! John is usually the one that helps me. He always explains the service completely and gives an honest assessment. He gives an appropriate time frame as to when the service will be done, and always stays within the time frame. The prices are good also.
I originally stumbled across RM Automotive when looking for a mechanic to change out my front headlights. It requires removing the front bumper or inner wheel well. The dealership wanted several hundred dollars to perform the work, plus the cost of the insanely expensive HID bulbs. RM Automotive took care of it for me, and gave me a great price. One of the most exceptional groups of professional's I have ever encountered. They will begin my service provider from now on.

I called in advance and reported problem. John obtained the correct tire needed for my replacement the same day. However, I took the car in the following after noon and the job was completed in 45 minutes. Great Service-Very Happy. Will use RM Automotive for all may auto needs-no matter how small. Bertha G
