Great customer service compared to an local car service in the area. Took my car in because it seemed like the battery was about to die and as quickly as I pulled in they took in my car and replaced the battery for me.

I have been going to RM motors since it opened u n love the guys n the service they prrovide. I live in Glendale but still have no problem driving to Northridge n have my car fixed. I believe that once u hae found a trustworthy garage there is no need to change. RM Motors is the Bestfor ever.

Very quick. The only thing that I had a problem w/ is that the fact that Sat. it is not open.

RM has been our family auto repair shop for years. I recommend them to everyone I know. They know their stuff, they are honest, they are efficient. I once had to call from another state to get advise on something going on with my car and they were so helpful and set my mind at ease. They are the MD's of auto repair. Bedside manner and all!!

RM Automotive is an auto garage you can trust to give an accurate diagnosis of repairs and service needed, and to execute the job in a timely and effective manner. I've been hiring their services for approximately 4 years, and have never needed to take my car back to have something re-done. Reed and Mike are professionals, their shop is very clean, and they offer shuttle service. They aren't a cut-rate shop, but their work is worth the price.

I've been looking for a trustworthy place to take my lexus besides the dealer and a friend told me about RM. Mike and Reed are great! I made an appt and was checked in by Mike. He was very helpful and arranged for me to be taken to work. At mid day, Mike called and gave me his recommendations for service besides the 90k mile service that I requested. I thought I would need brakes and shocks but Mike told me I could by some time not replacing. They checked the entire car and in short got me out of the shop at half the price the dealer was going to charge me. Overall, a wonderful experience that I felt very comfortable with.
