RM Automotive – Outstanding Diagnostic Expertise and Customer Care My 2018 Chrysler Pacifica was completely unresponsive — fully charged battery, but pressing the start/stop button did absolutely nothing. I brought it to RM Automotive, and what could have turned into a nightmare turned into one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any repair shop. Their team performed a meticulous electrical diagnosis, checking over 200 cables one by one until they located the issue: two shorted communication wires hidden in a module behind the glove compartment. That’s the kind of deep, methodical troubleshooting most dealers won’t even attempt. They sent me videos of their progress, called me daily with updates, and completed the entire job in three business days — while the Chrysler dealer had quoted 2–3 weeks just to take the car in, with no time estimate after that. The final bill was very reasonable at $571 for the repair, given the complexity of the work. On top of that, they performed a comprehensive vehicle checkup and gave me practical maintenance advice — including brake pad replacement recommendations that likely saved my rotors. RM Automotive combines real diagnostic skill, integrity, and professionalism — rare qualities these days. They’ve earned my trust and my future business.

I have really been impressed with RM automotive all together but I just wanted to shout out Kyle. It took much longer to get a part then expected and he really did a great job making sure we were informed and taken care of every step on the way.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WOW By far the best automotive shop around! I won’t trust my car with anyone else ever again. Can you believe I drive a Dodge, and when I took it to the Dodge Dealership in Glendale, they couldn’t even figure out what was causing the knocking sound? That’s pretty embarrassing — not being able to diagnose a problem with a car made by their own brand. Imagine leaving your car at the dealership, thinking it’s in the best possible hands, only for them to tell you they have no idea what’s wrong. Well, R M Automotive worked relentlessly to find the issue. They kept me updated every step of the way, calling to explain what they found and what they were doing. Their lobby even has free drinks, and every member of the staff is genuinely friendly. Efren and Kyle are awesome guys — I’ve met them personally, and all of them truly care about their customers. I’ve spent the last 30 years in Florida, where I’m originally from, and I’ve been to a lot of mechanics over the years. None of them even come close to R M Automotive. There’s also a little hidden gem about this business that I’d rather not share — you’ll just have to go experience their top-quality service for yourself.

Very professional and trustworthy shoprepairs are spot on and backed by their warranty. AAA approved which is important to memost repair shops are sketchy and dont stand behind their work. They take away the stress from a situation that cant be ignoredthanks for the peace of mind.
