The absolute best auto shop I’ve been to, no doubt. Every time I have a problem with my car, I’m dreading to take it into a shop. In the past, I’ve been overcharged, sold things I don’t need, been pressured into fixing things on my car I didn’t think needed to be fixed, etc. I needed an oil change, and I was in the area, so I decided to stop in. I don’t know much about cars, I have an older BMW, which tend to have problems, but instead of pointing out every little thing that could be fixed or changed, the employees got me my oil changed very quickly, helped me understand my car a little better, and had me on my way. 10/10 Will be coming back.

Now I know why they have amazing reviews. Literally the best automotive shop in the valley. As a woman who knows nothing about vehicles I never want to feel like I’m getting taking advantage of… but that was not the case. Everyone is very polite, the guys in the front are very friendly, they sent me pictures and videos about my vehicle and they gave me a breakdown on prices and what was the most important. They categorized everything from what’s most important and safety .. they offer lifetime warranty parts and labor! ( got my front axles replaced ) thank you RM! You gained a customer for life.

Was on a roadtrip adventure and the suspension was sagging on my older 2000 Subaru Outback. I brought it into RM Automotive and they set me up for an appointment to have diagnostic work done on the suspension. As suspected the rear struts were faulty and so I arranged for them to be replaced. While diagnosing the vehicle they recommended a number of preventative maintenance procedures to ensure the life and safety of the vehicle, So I had them flush and change all the drivetrain fluids, coolant, and power steering fluids as well. Service was fast and thorough and prices were consistent with the industry for the service provided. They kept me on budget by recommending work that was vital for safety and health of the vehicle while pointing out parts to keep an eye on for future maintenance. My vehicles ride height has been restored to factory level and I now feel more confident taking it on many more adventures.
