First i will say always buy an extended service when you purchase a vehicle even if the car is new, the main reason of my visit was do to my wife new 22 jeep grand cherokee overland aero suspension was not working do to a lil incident on the highway do to this bad weather we been getting in LA, called couple jeep dealers to have my car checked out but the earliest appointment was about 1 to 2 months just to check the vehicle, since I had an extended service plan I was able to take her jeep to RM Automotive for a certified mechanic to do the work, called RM Automotive for customer service that shows on there website reviews, now I know why when I called the shop Robert answer the phone and right away he said yes we can work on your car took the vehicle in the next day from there Excellent service good communication and Robert Hispanic (raza) it all worked perfect, thanks Robert your great service, Definitely be telling people yo take there cars to this shop.
