60k mi. service, front suspension, front and rear brakes. Timely completion. Excellent service from Dean. Really appreciated the texted service report. Did find tools left in the front passenger floor and had to drive back to the shop to return them.Cost of parts and labor was $4000. Picking up a freshly washed clean car would have been a nice touch

I really like this shop. I stumbled upon it when I was looking for a local mechanic. I think they are trustworthy & reliable. The front office is good even though they like the Astros.

I had the window motor replaced in May. The window will go up and it sticks halfway down. I brought it in to be looked at again and have my door latch release cable replaced. They couldn’t find anything wrong with the window. The next morning, the window did the same thing. I have been watching you tube videos to trouble shoot. I will try some silicone in the frame and see if that helps with the friction. Super friendly and profession staff. Waiting room is spotless.

Thank you Mike for organizing repairs and transportation around my schedule. And for making sure the job was done correctly. I always like to support local family owned businesses. Hopefully they'll be future generations to run the business moving forward.

I have a 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R I have taken the car to RM for the 5 years I've owned it. 2500mile road trip to Seattle last year. 3200mile trip to Yellowstone and Moab this year. Because of the inspection and service of Mike,Dean and the R&M staff I felt completely confident in the car, even in the mountains of Wyoming and Utah. I know and trust these people. Very clean and organized shop. Luis dis an amazing job keeping me updated thru out the entire process. Repair was lengthy but was done early the next morning! They are now my go to shop for all my vehicles!

I've been using RM Automotive now for almost 4 years. They've always done right by me in taking good care of my vehicles. My dad use to own a repair shop and I would always take my vehicles to his shop, but my dad ended up closing up his business because he moved out of California and I was desperate to find a good mechanic because as you all know finding a good mechanic is really hard. One thing I really liked about the shop is that it's a family business and they're all ASE certified technicians. Also when you take your vehicle to their shop they put it up in the air and take pictures of the underneath and everything they are doing to show you what needs to be serviced especially if there's a leak or dirty fluid. They show you side by side comparisons on what your fluid looks like versus what clean fluid is supposed to look like. Have no fear when you're taking your vehicle here and don't forget your AAA card because you'll get a discount.

I’ve been going to RM for about couple of years I’m very picky when it comes to cars I used to take my cars to the dealer all the time and I have to say they are very expensive and always want you to do extra work on your car basically ripoff’s And other little mechanics shops are always not a great experience That stopped once I found RM Mike is very experienced and very professional and with there reasonable prices for a great service Im definitely hooked Everything they tell you is there honest diagnosis on the car and they never push for extra work I’m very happy that I found RM they saved my cars and pocket :) As I said I’m very picky and I always call Dean in front which he definitely gives you a great costumer service experience Thank you RM
