Like my Father I had my automobiles serviced at the Dealer. Until a mishandled intermittent throttle sensor concern. The dealer's service center's solution, a new transmission. That is when as a long time member, I sought another opinion and turned to the Automobile Club of Southern California for a referral. Nearby RM Automotive kept my car about two days, They diagnosed the problem correctly and the repair was far (far) less in cost and long term. That was 2009, my 1995 Toyota Camry has not only been serviced, well-maintained but cared for by R M Automotive ever since. It is a relief to work with a family owned independent small business; one whose personnel are knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. I have been the recipient of RM Automotive's high standard of customer care. They are accessible for questions; they always take the time (I need for them) to explain my Camry's service needs; and they offer the convenience of a courtesy shuttle. The support I've received from AAA and RM Automotive have meant a lot to me and my family. It was reassuring to have both the day early-August 2016, when my Camry's radiator failed heading to the 405 freeway escorting my mother back home from her clinical trial appt at UCLA. I made 2 calls. Already a long day, a long trek, it was a needed relief and comfort to have AAA there within a 1/2 hr, to tow us to RM Automotive, and with the car in good hands for repair, RM Automotive's shuttle home, and not much beyond the time it would have normally taken. This is what I've discovered it means to have the support of RM Automotive, and an AAA approved auto repair service center, a designation RM Automotive takes seriously.
