So happy to find a place so close to me and they were very professional and stayed in touch throughout the repairs. Surprisingly they even worked with me on the price too! The car drives perfectly since and because I have an older used BMW they gave me a few other things and their priority to have them fixed. I’ll be coming back.

One of my catalytic converter went bad, took it to rn automotive and they took care of it and had the car back on the road fast!, really cool that they keep me updated on what's going on with the repair process so I wasn't totally out of the loop. 10/10 recommend

Was servicing my vehicles at the dealer, but their prices are just ridiculous. I decided to try RM and they didn't disappoint. Dean was knowledgeable and very helpful with recommending what I needed done to my 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Blue. I will definitely be coming back and servicing my cars (Honda Pilot) with RM Automotive because they will treat you better than a dealer will and you'll leave with a job well done. Have been using RM for years. They’re honest. They kept my old Honda running for years, have expert technicians and don’t charge as much as the dealer. They are my go-to for service of my now newer Honda.

Thorough. Comprehensive. Seems a little pricey, comparing couple parts used w/ available online items, e.g. Of course, I may feel that way solely because I haven’t yet paid off the cost of the last repair 🥲 Easy stuff I can do myself and save, like a heater valve I replaced recently. But if I can’t tell what or where the problem is, or physically just can’t manage the work, it’s time to call RM.

Had a diagnosis for brakes replacement. I decided not to go with RM company. They put my car back together without the brake pads. Which cause my driver’s side tire needing to be replaced as well. I had my brakes done with another trustworthy mechanic.
