These guys were super...they give you all the info on what's going on with your car with photos so you know it's the real deal not just another mechanic being shiesty. They know their stuff. I trust them.

i have used this shop before and they never disappoint. they are awesome in what they do and the complementary shuttle service is a plus. i will continue touse them in the future

As always, your business has performed well. My truck was serviced and ready to go faster that I expected. Although other services were recomended, I could only do the oil change at this time. I did however, forget to ask if you offered the AAA discount on this service. As a retired senior citizen on a fixed income, It would be nice to have that discount in my file and not have to ask for it.

This shop is the best, I've been taking my prius here for several years, they're great with customer service and I'm never pressured to pay for services I don't need. Just a solid, trustworthy business, the owner really cares about providing a good experience for the customers.

Been a customer of RM for approx. 3-4 years but I am not sure I will be returning. This has been my only negative experience and all have been positive before. This time, I came for an oil check and an inspection as I was headed to a long road trip. I knew that in the last service I was recommended by RM automotive to change the spark plug but was quoted an inexplicable amount of $300+ so I made sure to change them myself 2 DAYS before coming for this service. The front desk personnel gave me a call that my car was ready but that I needed to change the spark plugs. I told him that I had changed them myself just 2 days before and he said “ no I just spoke to my mechanic and they need to be changed”.. I was in disbelief and told him that no, that can’t be, I just changed them and I had told him to make sure maybe they were going off a suggestion from the previous service. The front desk guy insisted and stated that he had spoken to his mechanic and asked me to call him back after I read the report he had sent via email which showed old spark plugs that needed to be changed asap. I saw the report and the spark plugs looked new and I couldn’t understand why he suggested that. Before I could call him back, he called me and apologized and stated the picture was dark and that is why he thought they were bad. Now, instead of the spark a plugs, I can’t say, he was overly aggressive about changing the car battery and the filter, but he challenged when I said I would do the battery and air filter myself and stated “ I wouldn’t want your car to not start. I was fed up and asked that if he could please send his driver to pick me up instead which he complied. I was just shocked that RM would suggest for me I to change the spark plugs. It seemed like a money grab. When I got to the the store and I asked the guy what had happened and this time he blamed it on the mechanic and stated maybe because my new spark plugs were from auto zone they are not like the ones they used and maybe that is why the mechanic thought initially I had changed them. Overall, I had come to RM for their honesty and great customer service but I feel after this, I’m afraid they may not be transparent about what my car needs or maybe it was all a misunderstanding. Having the trust of your mechanic is really important and I value that very much
