I’ve been coming to RM automotive for several years now and it’s because no business offers that family feel anymore. Everything is internet this, Amazon that, order online, talk to a robot. No not for me, I want to have a great caring relationship that involves human talking and trust and dependability and that’s why I deal with RM Auto and Mike and Dean and Heidi because I trust them. They are a family unit that strives to make their customer happy by providing the best customer service their is. You can’t get that from Technology. And I even have my family going to RM Auto now. Robert, the young that helped me made me trust that the work needed to be done. Now I m going to have transmission and other fluids to be changed. I think they do honest work.

Dean assisted me with getting my Jeep repaired. I'm very happy with the results. They fixed what my other repair shop was unable to resolve. Even though I live over an hour away, I will come back for future repairs.

In addition to the oil change, they also provided an inspection (complete with pictures) showing what other work needed to be done on my car. I appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness.
