RM Automotive truly helped me out when I was in an urgent situation. I was on the road to go back home, which was 3 hours out when my alternator went out. It took them an hour and a half to fix it. I made it home safely & without a problem. The only thing is, I wish they would have let me know the problem sooner. This way I could've shopped around. They took 3 hours to let me know what was wrong with the truck. Other than that, they had good customer service and were thorough with their inspection. Thank you Rm!!

10/10 experience and all around customer service! I took my Honda here about 2 weeks ago and it was the best experience I’ve had at any mechanic or dealership. Top notch transparency, communication, and service. I will never go to another shop as long as I’m local. Thank you so much!

!!Would not recommend!! Staff was polite and courteous, the place was clean. Brought my truck in for a front end alignment and had to pay twice to get the job only half ass complete. I feel like I was just soaked for more money! Watch out you may not be getting what your paying for!

Since I've moved to the valley, RM Automotive has been a trust worthy and reliable shop for all my car needs. Regardless of who is helping me, it has been a good experience.
