This is a family run shop and they go out of their way to make sure that customers feel like family too. They gave me updates on my car & even sent pictures! Despite all my questions they patiently explained what was going on with my car. Plus, they offered drinks & snacks in the waiting room and in the shuttle ride. I absolutely recommend RM Auto… and if you go anywhere else then you are missing out!!

I purchased a 2008 Lexus LS 460 and took it to 2 different auto shops for inspection ( the second place also did an oil change) and neither caught a couple potential problems but RM Automotive did. Great family-owned business. Honest, professional, and very thorough high-quality work. Minor nitpick: I got my car back noticeably filthier than before. I never clean it or care really, but still, I could tell. If I had brought in my 'nice' car, it would have been annoying.
