Great family-owned business. Honest, professional, and very thorough high-quality work. Minor nitpick: I got my car back noticeably filthier than before. I never clean it or care really, but still, I could tell. If I had brought in my 'nice' car, it would have been annoying.

Took my vehicle to RM Automotive in Northridge, CA after reading about them and some reviews online. Extremely thorough and professional diagnoses of my vehicle's issues including a photo summary of their findings sent to me prior to service. Timely and attentive communication, updates and shuttle services during and after service complete and my vehicle is now in very superb operating condition afterward. I highly recommend them for your auto maintenance and repair needs. They live up to their excellent reputation.

I have used a few AAA approved auto shops and RM automotive is the best with better prices and superior customer service. The shuttle service is great and I don't understand why all shops don't have this. My service was done in a timely manner. Also Alan's attention to detail when answering my questions over the phone was another factor I chose RM automotive. I will continue to use them for my car maintenance.

I trust in Mike & his team in taking care of my car. They work with me as I don’t always have the finances to do all the repairs but I eventually get it done.

I’ve finally found my go to shop for auto service in the SFV! Great knowledgeable and friendly staff here at RM automotive. I had a recent brake job and suspension repair done on my Mazda SUV and the results came out great. I was very satisfied with the repairs. So much so that I took my second car in for service a few days later. After initial auto inspection, they will send you a report with photos of items in need of repair. A very transparent process you don’t see at car dealerships too often. Alan Jones provided great customer service, Kaiya (I hope I spelled her name right) who drove me in the complimentary shuttle was a very friendly conversationalist, and to the shop techs who all did a great job on the repairs. RM Automotive is a gem of a shop.

I give five stars for RM Automotive. Excellent customer service! I came in with a monumental issue, left my car there in the morning, and by late afternoon, picked up my car with a complete resolution. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks very much for a job well done! Much appreciated.
