Took my 2004 4Runner to them for a P0020 code. Code is for an O2 sensor and that means it could be the sensor or something else further down the electronics/computer rabbit hole. The more expensive rabbit hole. RM could have up-charged me at every turn. Not only did they NOT do that but they went above and beyond by fixing the shoddy radiator install from a different shop. There’s a reason their score has maintained. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using RM for 15 years for my Honda’s and Lexus. Very comfortable with the work. If there is something they find I didn’t know about, they show me a photo to confirm their diagnosis. Prices are fair. People are good. It’s where I go.

Excellent and professional service.

This was my first time visiting this shop in Feb. 2021 to have a free 40-point AAA inspection performed. I was very pleased with Dean (Service Advisor), because he was very nice, he explained the process of inspection and he answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with their DETAILED inspection report which included pictures (very nice!) and 3-level (green, yellow, red) assessment of things that are good to things that need attention. I had a brake pads replacement, machined rotors, brake fluid maintenance, fuel injector maintenance and oil change. I was very pleased with the quality and timelines of services performed, as well as follow up phone calls by Dean. Two thumbs up 👍👍 I was also very pleased that the actual owner of this shop (Mike) took time to explain few things and answered my questions. 👍👍 Based on my first-and-one-time experience with this shop, I would honestly recommend them to anyone. I myself will definitely come back for my next service.
