Great! Services two of my vehicles. Turn around is quick. Provide pictures of work needs done and history of service so you reminded to not to neglect your vehicles. They offer free beverages, but I cut back on sweets 4 yrs ago. P.s. they are pretty serious about your ac working tip top ;)

I have had my 2011 Toyota Camry serviced by RM Automotive for years. Their staff is friendly, attentive, and highly capable. The work they do is outstanding and very reliable. I have never experienced any significant problems with my car in the intervals between each service. I therefore strongly recommend entrusting your car to RM Automotive.

I have been using RM for various years & I continue to feel they have integrity & recommend what is truly needed. They work with me when I cannot afford all the work & do it over time. My only recommendation is that when doing regular service I did expect getting my tires checked...it should be an automatic.

I found RM on Yelp. I took my 1999 Honda to them after I had someone else do repairs on it. Unfortunately, the previous person left the car worse than it was and the check engine light was now on. I explained everything I had done the car already. I was told I would get an email and text with a link to information about the diagnostics done on the car. It was really nice to see photos of what the car needed done instead of just being told a list of things that had to be repaired. They kept me updated on what was being done to the car and what the most important things to have done first were. The staff was very friendly and informative. Will definitely go back again. Overall the service was good as always. However, when i pick up my car and went home, I could not open the trunk of my car and i kindna panic. I texted your shop for help but did NOT get a reply. Eventually I was able to figure out the problem by googling it. Whoever changed the cabin filter accidentally pressed the locked button to the trunk. I found out also that this feature protect you from someone ooening the trunk when you valet park or have a car wash . On the positive side, I learned something new.
