RM Automotive is honest and they did a great job. I appreciate them taking pictures while they were inspecting my car, and they didn’t pressure me to make immediate repairs. They let me know the overall status of my car, so I know what to plan for.

I took my 2000 Honda Prelude SH with 200k miles for engine replacement. It was not an easy task to find the engine but Alan and Mike came through. They provided me with a reasonable estimate with lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, I discovered that my engine cannot me replaced since previous owner of the Honda modified the engine bay. Long story short, I had to retire my Honda Prelude SH. All I had left was a labor bill for their work of removing my engine and not the car I dearly wanted in high school. We had a disagreement about the labor cost of engine removal. I had proposed what I believed was fair which was significantly different from what Mike and Alan requested. It's a very uncomfortable and difficult situation when you don't agree with labor charge. What started as smile and handshake turned sour and I became a difficult and unhappy customer for them. Ultimately, Mike and Alan and I agreed on labor cost. At the end, Mike and Alan did more than what they needed to. RM Automotive values the customer experience over their profit. Owner Mike and Alan are truly honorable and respectable. They have my trust when it comes to work ethic and treating customers with integrity. Take your Hondas and Toyotas you won't regret it.

I’ve known Mike, Nancy and RM team seems like forever. They are the only place my entire family goes to for service. They are like your doctor once you find one you trust you never go elsewhere. The honesty and integrity of this team is beyond compare. Keep it up Mike!!!

After visiting the service area of our local dealership, I was not satisfied with their, "It's normal, we cannot find anything wrong with your truck" response. The problem persisted and I decided to try a different service shop. I searched for one with outstanding reviews and came up with RM Automotivwas surprised to find that RM Auto was a very professional auto repair business with each of the staff very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Although busy, they were able to take the car in that same day to diagnose the problem. They contacted me via text/email and attached photos of problem areas. It was pretty easy to see what needed to be done. They did excellant work and finished the job that afternoon.
