I found RM on Yelp. I took my 1999 Honda to them after I had someone else do repairs on it. Unfortunately, the previous person left the car worse than it was and the check engine light was now on. I explained everything I had done the car already. I was told I would get an email and text with a link to information about the diagnostics done on the car. It was really nice to see photos of what the car needed done instead of just being told a list of things that had to be repaired. They kept me updated on what was being done to the car and what the most important things to have done first were. The staff was very friendly and informative. Will definitely go back again. Thanks!!!

Overall the service was good as always. However, when i pick up my car and went home, I could not open the trunk of my car and i kindna panic. I texted your shop for help but did NOT get a reply. Eventually I was able to figure out the problem by googling it. Whoever changed the cabin filter accidentally pressed the locked button to the trunk. I found out also that this feature protect you from someone ooening the trunk when you valet park or have a car wash . On the positive side, I learned something new.
