Overall the service was good as always. However, when i pick up my car and went home, I could not open the trunk of my car and i kindna panic. I texted your shop for help but did NOT get a reply. Eventually I was able to figure out the problem by googling it. Whoever changed the cabin filter accidentally pressed the locked button to the trunk. I found out also that this feature protect you from someone ooening the trunk when you valet park or have a car wash . On the positive side, I learned something new.
