As a first time customer I was very pleased with the service I received from the very first phone call I made. Alan was very friendly and answered all my questions. The convenient car service of drop off and pick up is a plus. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be going back for all my car maintenance and repairs.

Very professional work and customer service!

I contacted RM auto twice by phone and personally in both cases I was nicely told price will be between $600-1200 usually $1000 exact price will be known after inspection Surprises starts as soon I bring car for service, inspection not free,ok i did not ask before my fault may be. Soon I receive inspection report they call it "Multi-Point Courtesy Check Inspection" (what make me think courtesy is free?) report tell me, among other important things, I need to change motor oil , surprise I did it three days before this "courtesy inspection" and as cherry on top: price to fix my problem not $600 not $1000 not even $1200 it's $2200. so I pay for Multi-Point Courtesy Check Inspection and take car home

This place is amazing! i took my 06' Corolla in for an overdue maintenance service and my car came out feeling like a '20 Corolla! Dean was extremely friendly and patient with explaining what needed to be done to my car. I'm pleased with my experience and I will definitely come back for my next service. Thank you!
