I’ve been bringing my Lexus here since the day I bought it. I was fortunate enough to find a shop that runs their business with honesty and integrity. I have never been surprised with unexpected repairs. Mike and his crew are forthcoming with informing me, ahead of time, of repairs that will need to be dealt with in the future. I appreciate this because it allows me to put to financially prepare for this. They aren’t ridiculously priced, it’s just the mere fact that I own a sports car. Most recently, I had to have my front struts replaced. I knew this was something that was going to need to happen MONTHS ahead of time. Prior to starting the work, I received pictures of my struts and the torn boots. There was no doubt that they required replacement. I should also mention that there was a time that I had my oil changed by them. A day or so later, my car was leaking oil. Mike said “bring it back and let us take a look!” I’m not car savvy but all I know was there was some ring that had worn and needed to be replaced. It had nothing to with the oil change. They replaced it with no charge. This is the type of service that they provide their customers. You may be reading this and wondering if I’m a relative or personal friend. I can assure you I’m not. I’m just a very grateful customer who believes that small businesses should be applauded for honest work ethics.
