RM Automotives service is great!! They changed my cars oil. They were very attentive and detail oriented with their job. They give you their honest opinion and recommendations for their services.

Came in for my 06 Lexus Hybrid. Dealership had quoted me a ridiculously high number and RM Automotive was able to fix this issue in a couple days, and at a fair price. They also gave me a shuttle service and when my vehicle was needed to be in shop for a few days they gave me a loaner vehicle at no extra charge. Customer service was great and my service advisor Kyle was also very informative and communicated well with me throughout the process. I recommend this place for sure and will certainly return for future services. Thanks so much!

I looked up service shops that were approved by AAA and found RM Automotive. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman by the name of kyle i believe he said. I was on the train at the time. He assured me if i had my truck dropped off, it would be well taken care of and it was. Super greatful to these gentlemen. Clean shop, easy access. Effren was my main representative. Him and his mechanics took great care of me and my girl (truck). Fixed her right up. Grateful i found this place

Fantastic and honest mechanics. Very transparent throughout the process. Kept me updated, explained to me what was a necessary fix and what could wait for later, and was very upfront about the pricing with parts, labor, and taxes all included. I would absolutely recommend this place for anybody who is looking to get some car work done!

RM Automotive truly helped me out when I was in an urgent situation. I was on the road to go back home, which was 3 hours out when my alternator went out. It took them an hour and a half to fix it. I made it home safely & without a problem. The only thing is, I wish they would have let me know the problem sooner. This way I could've shopped around. They took 3 hours to let me know what was wrong with the truck. Other than that, they had good customer service and were thorough with their inspection. Thank you Rm!!

10/10 experience and all around customer service! I took my Honda here about 2 weeks ago and it was the best experience I’ve had at any mechanic or dealership. Top notch transparency, communication, and service. I will never go to another shop as long as I’m local. Thank you so much!
