Came here for a simple smog check. Lucky for me but unlucky for me, my battery died while I was at the shop. They didn’t have the battery that I needed but they were able to get it from the vendor quickly. While they were taking out the dead one they were picking up the new one to save me some time. They performed an inspection and sent a written report via email and sent pictures which very helpful. The waiting room is clean, has comfy chairs and they even have refreshments. Staff is very friendly and honest. Mike and Taylor were great. Considering taking my car there if I have any issues going forward.

They immediately took care of me, and performed all services thoroughly & on time!

First time experience. I’m very particular with my cars, but got a good vibe upon my first call to check pricing on an alignment. Super clean, professional experience. RM Automotive never disappoints! Rarely can I say that I trust someone telling me the truth about my car as I can RM Automotive. My husband and I have been customers for years and have taken all our cars there. I feel like family every time I walk in. I am picky when it comes to my vehicle so if I can trust them with my car, most certainly you can. You won't be disappointed.
