Really friendly and helpful people. I brought my car in for a 60,000 mile service. It was easy to make the appointment, drop off the car, get a ride back and forth to my home and get the car back on time. RM uses excellent software and reporting data to keep all your records in order. It was great also to get an automatic text message when the car was ready along with a quick follow-up call from the service writer. This is definitely my go to shop for my vehicle's service. Prices were much better than the Lexus dealer as well.

I am very happy with RM automotive. Every time I take my truck in there is never a problem. I never feel like I’m being overcharged. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The mechanics are great and very knowledgeable. Also they offer a courtesy shuttle. My trucks been done every time on time. They are a great and honest Shop!

TDLR: oil changes come with in-depth vehicle inspection (pictures with measurements). Highly recommend. Great place to do an oil change because it includes a vehicle inspection. They take pictures of problems they find on your vehicle and upload it online for your review. They even categorize the inspections from urgent> keep an eye on> excellent condition. It’s like a 3-6 page report about your car. This way every time you get an oil change you’ll know your brake life, rotor life, monitor leaks that you can’t see at home, and other mechanical issues difficult to self diagnose. They are a bit more expensive than Valvoline by $20 for the same oil change. But the in-depth report on your car is worth $20 because it will help you find problems sooner than later. Saves you money and headaches in the long term.

After taking my car to the auto dealer for service, I happily found this mechanic. Love love love this mechanic! So honest, pleasant and everyone there is always nice and helpful. Everything is explained to you. You actually get a report sent to you with photos and descriptions of all work done! Mike, Heidi and the entire crew are so professional. Such a pleasure dealing with them! Highly recommend!
