Friendly, honest, good work, low price. After I had R&M repair my car, I found an earlier estimate from Galpin for the same work, over a thousand dollars more than what R&M charged! One of the best features of R&M is they text you pictures of the parts that need replacing, and they will LOAN you a car free to drive while they repair your car.

My husband and I agree that in our life finding an outfit like RM Automotive is likely once in a lifetime. They had my husband's car that we transported from Florida for 2.5 months trying to smog it. To someone reading this, you might be thinking what the heck? BUT - here's the deal. Cars in Florida don't get smogged. I had great service at RM with my car and so did my mom, so what was the issue with his? RM Automotive was on the case and would not give up, would not quit until it was corrected! All the while, they kept us updated as to what was going on and what was their plan of attack. Never did they say, "just come get it, we can't do anything". Mike was going to get it road worthy no matter what. Between Taylor, Heidi and Mike and hours upon hours of communication within the automotive business a light shines down and the mystery was solved. Taylor said it likely was the best phone call he had ever made letting us know it was DONE! My husband and I are forever grateful for their hard work, kindness, generosity and communication. RM Automotive is the ONLY PLACE for us! Thank you, team! You are amazing!

First time customer and was very pleased with the service. I appreciate that photos are taken showing what needs to be done, a graph showing what issues need to be addressed in the future, what needs immediate repair and all the inspected areas that are in good shape. The inspection is extensive.

My first time here. Went for an oil change. They emailed and text me the report when they go around the vehicle and look at everything because it had an A1 code so they let me know everything that needed to be done before anything was done. Very thorough and honest! I didn’t have to wait long at all. Will go back!
