I have been going to RM for years and years. I was originally referred to them by my neighbor Claude Shelton who passed a couple years ago. I have brought 3 maybe even 4 different vehicles over the years, I referred my daughter and my ex girlfriend to them. They both had Honda vehicles and were both about to be financially violated by the service center on Sepulveda Boulevard in Van Nuys. They both were happy with the services and saved a lot of money. I too have been happy and satisfied with the friendly people and great services at RM. Thanks everyone!!! Heidi always gets me to work or home. Thank you!!!

Really friendly and helpful people. I brought my car in for a 60,000 mile service. It was easy to make the appointment, drop off the car, get a ride back and forth to my home and get the car back on time. RM uses excellent software and reporting data to keep all your records in order. It was great also to get an automatic text message when the car was ready along with a quick follow-up call from the service writer. This is definitely my go to shop for my vehicle's service. Prices were much better than the Lexus dealer as well.
