Quick, friendly, honest company!!

Avoid this place at all cost!!!! How is it that I call to ask what the labor cost is for an oil change does the guy on the phone try to upsell me on tire rotation for $95 WHAT A JOKE And to top it off he has the nerve to tell me that they usually don’t take customer provided oil LOL

Love this place! Car needed major service done. Got a reminder e-mail, so called in to see what the best day to bring it in was. Rep told me to bring it in last Friday morning so I did. Have been coming here for years and they are always nice, professional, and accurate. They are like family/friends and we get to catch up where we left off at every service. The fact that they give a AAA discount is an extra added bonus and AAA will gladly tow you here if you the need arises! Have tried other auto repair places in the past, but none I trust with all my vehicles like I trust RM Automotive since they honestly tell you what needs to be done now and what can wait, unlike others who see a woman coming and try to cheat us out of our hard earned money by trying to cheat us, RM does not do that, they are honest. If funds are low, there is financing available.

They are the best! Everyone is really nice and very helpful about answering any questions and making sure you know exactly what’s going on.

Great service and detailed explanation of how to fix my car

This was the first time service for my Lexus Hybrid. A friend of mine has been using them for 10 years. I was impress with how professional everyone was when I took her to pickup her car. They sent me photos, so I could see what they were explaining regarding repairs to my car. I really like that. I’ll be back.

Friendly staff. Thorough work. They provide services over and beyond of what’s expected from an auto repair shop. Their prices are a bit on the higher end, but you really get your money’s worth. It’s better to spend your bucks once for a quality, and reliable fix than to spend it over and over multiple times for cheap knockoffs.
