I've been servicing my Acuras (one Legend, and 2 TL's) at RM for just shy of 20 years. I can't say enough to do justice to the good work the folks at this wonderful family-owned business have done for me. The entire RM staff is terrific. I feel very fortunate to have found an extremely well-trained, honest, hardworking, smart and friendly mechanic/business owner as Mike. As a retired USAF Senior Pilot, I know a good mechanic when I meet one. Mike's one. You can't do better than RM Automotive!

My first time at RM Automotive could not have been better. From the first phone call (answered by a very helpful employee) to the timely pick up of my car I was impressed with the customer service that I received (hard to come by these days). My sister has been bringing her Lexus here for many years and now I can see why. I really appreciated the genuine care, honesty, and transparency that was provided. Where do I start? The entire staff; And I will call out the amazing ones who take care of my cars and I can always trust them and they greet me by name. Tyler and Dean and the owner are 100% trustworthy, I don’t go to anyone else in the valley. They helped me when I was having issues with my old Honda passport, they worked with me to ensure everything would be okay. Now I have a new Honda and have been taking my car there for full service or even to just check the oil, these guys are the best!

Excellent repair shop!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us a bunch of things we didn’t need. Reasonable prices and they fixed it the first time and they give a life time warranty on parts!!!!
