Good shop. I am a repeat customer

My first time at RM Automotive could not have been better. From the first phone call (answered by a very helpful employee) to the timely pick up of my car I was impressed with the customer service that I received (hard to come by these days). My sister has been bringing her Lexus here for many years and now I can see why. I really appreciated the genuine care, honesty, and transparency that was provided. No reason to go anywhere else, ever again!! #customerforlife

Where do I start? The entire staff; And I will call out the amazing ones who take care of my cars and I can always trust them and they greet me by name. Tyler and Dean and the owner are 100% trustworthy, I don’t go to anyone else in the valley. They helped me when I was having issues with my old Honda passport, they worked with me to ensure everything would be okay. Now I have a new Honda and have been taking my car there for full service or even to just check the oil, these guys are the best!

Excellent repair shop!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us a bunch of things we didn’t need. Reasonable prices and they fixed it the first time and they give a life time warranty on parts!!!!

They will give you a thorough inspection of your car and if they do a repair, it will be done right by top notch mechanics. The only downside is they are pricey. Their prices are comparable to what you would pay at a dealer. The upside is they are honest. So you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little more and rest assure that my vehicle is in the best of hands and that the service and repairs if needed are done by the best so I can keep my vehicle running in tiptop condition for as long as possible.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. They are professional in the quality of their work and service.
