Took my 16 year-old Subaru Outback in because it was overheating. I received a thorough diagnostic complete with photos. That they took the time to photograph everything was so helpful for me. The problem was the head gasket, which can be a big job and sometimes means the end for these types of cars. The team there did a spectacular job explaining the situation and kept me up to date regarding how repairs were going. I spoke mostly to Taylor, who provided amazing customer service the entire time my car was in the shop. I got my car back about two weeks ago and it's running better than when I bought it about seven years ago at 65,000 miles. I owe a huge thank you to the RM Automotive team, you guys earned a lifetime customer.

They are friendly, honest, helpful and in 51 years of life I've never seen an automotive repair shop with such an amazing warranty. They inspected a used car I was considering purchasing. Turns out it needed a ton of work. They saved me from making a very costly mistake. They were highly recommended by my good friends and neighbors. I would call them old- school because it's rare to find such integrity in a business in today's world.

Great service

Well, I'm fairly new here in the state of California. I'm from the mid-west, St. Louis. Shout out to the STL. I made sure that my vehicle was ready to make the trip from St. Louis to California. So, when my mechanic told me that I was good to go, I took off to LA city of angels! I had my radiator done in December 2015 and I had my alternator done July of 2016 before leaving the STL. So, when I got here I went to get an oil change and this guy told me I needed my radiator replaced. When I was in the STL, I took it to Car-X and they took good care of Isaac (my car). I went on AAA website and found a shop with a five star rating. I took my car there and now I'm happy! I've found my new mechanic here in Cali! Thank God! RM Automotive didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a women. I truly appreciate their honesty. Even, though I live a long ways away, you have a Customer for life. Thank you so much, RM Automotive.
