Well, I'm fairly new here in the state of California. I'm from the mid-west, St. Louis. Shout out to the STL. I made sure that my vehicle was ready to make the trip from St. Louis to California. So, when my mechanic told me that I was good to go, I took off to LA city of angels! I had my radiator done in December 2015 and I had my alternator done July of 2016 before leaving the STL. So, when I got here I went to get an oil change and this guy told me I needed my radiator replaced. When I was in the STL, I took it to Car-X and they took good care of Isaac (my car). I went on AAA website and found a shop with a five star rating. I took my car there and now I'm happy! I've found my new mechanic here in Cali! Thank God! RM Automotive didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a women. I truly appreciate their honesty. Even, though I live a long ways away, you have a Customer for life. Thank you so much, RM Automotive.

Free shuttle, drinks and candy! Really, such careful and honest work done on my car. Even went to bat for a quality replacement part for my car to get it covered by my warranty. Excellent service!!

Amazing Mechanics and top notch service! Emailed me with full inspection sheet complete with photos of the problems. Kind staff cares about their customers. Offers a shuttle service and loaner cars free of charge. One of the best car repair places I've been to. Just know they only work on Asian cars and trucks.

I went on a weekday. Not too busy. Greeted and helped right away. I did make an appointment, though, on their website, which by the way, they call you to confirm, so I thought that was nice. I wanted my brakes checked and needed a front license plate installed, so yeah, nothing super complicated. Also, if you live close by, they have a free ride to and from their shop. No complaints here. They're great!
