As soon as you walk into this small yet full of comfort office, you know you're in good hands. 'the people here make you feel like one of their friends. The service and the work on my vehicle was excellent. i would referr and already have others to come in and see for yourself. Excellent. I searched the internet for a service provider for my Kia. I came upon RM Automotive and appreciated the positive customer feedback. Their bio indicated, among other things, that they are "home grown" and closed on weekends. My thought was that this business model created an environment of personal stake and commitment, customer appreciation, and work/life balance. Value generated within is projected out, a significant success contributor which is much appreciated by those of us that still say "please" and "than you."
