Excellent. I searched the internet for a service provider for my Kia. I came upon RM Automotive and appreciated the positive customer feedback. Their bio indicated, among other things, that they are "home grown" and closed on weekends. My thought was that this business model created an environment of personal stake and commitment, customer appreciation, and work/life balance. Value generated within is projected out, a significant success contributor which is much appreciated by those of us that still say "please" and "than you."
