Good news, I don't have to drive to Thousand Oaks for my car repairs anymore! Great customer service, got my repairs finished in one day, and they have a shuttle service. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment to smog my 2006 Accord. The first time I have had to smog my car since moving to the valley. Although it wasn't an issue because RM Automotive definitely is my go-to. They are trust worthy and always friendly. Came in around 8:00am, and was out of the door before 9:00am worry free.

These guys are professional, friendly and honest. Very good customer service! they gave us a ride to Northridge mall while they fixed my car and even picked us up!They have very reasonable price as well! Shopping done, changed oil done! That's multi tasking! Absolutely recommend these guys for their services!

Always accomodating and fair, I only take my car to R/M Automotive, and recommend them to all my friends. No matter the size of the job, they always seem to get it done in a fair amount of time.

As soon as you walk into this small yet full of comfort office, you know you're in good hands. 'the people here make you feel like one of their friends. The service and the work on my vehicle was excellent. i would referr and already have others to come in and see for yourself. I have a mazda 5 that needs sweet tender care and i know here is where she'll get it.
