The time it took to repair was great and he spoke to me like a friend who cared about me...not out to just make money. My truck was done and left in a great position for me to just drive out. I also needed a way to get home and then back to pick up my truck which is important. They provide pick up and delivery for me. Their customer service is fantastic!!!

I started coming here shortly after I got my (new to me) Toyota Supra. It was overheating, but not really. Temperature gauge was pegged 3/4 to the top, but the coolant wasn't boiling. The problem was a thermostat and fan clutch from a non-turbocharged in my turbocharged car. They also noticed some oil leaks and we had those fixed. Since then, they have been doing the oil changes, brakes, and other general upkeep and repairs. Which is a lot of repairs, given that the car is 24 years old.I haven't had any complaints about them or the work they do. I'd like to emphasize that my car is a pain in the ass to get parts for (most parts have long been discontinued) and work on. They have been doing great work. :)

Had them do an oil change for me but also had them look at my car cause the throttle body needed to be cleaned, after the cleaning the car runs like I just got it fro the dealer. They did a awesome job. Never going anywhere else but here.

Same great service as usual: had oil changed, tune-up, etc. Place was clean, everyone was friendly and went out of their way, service was quick and reliable and explanations given for work completed and what additional servicing should be done. All that plus we got our AAA discount! Thank you!

Needed to get a battery replaced for my Acura MDX today. Rich the manager was professional, knowledgable and down to earth. Been going to the dealer in Sherman Oaks for years. Yes, it's not as fancy as the dealership, but they have free beverages (Keurig machine with Starbucks cups, water bottles, sodas, and even Hawaiian Punch!). Magazines and even kid-friendly reading material are on a table. I'm a convert! I'll be bringing my mom too...

I've always hated taking my vehicles to the dealership and a good independent shop is tough to come by. We have been taking our Toyotas to another shop for years but they failed us a few times and I just got sick of it. My last experience with the other shop they charged me $540 to fix a problem and it was literally no different than when I drove in. So I went back immediately, the guy hemmed & hawed and then gave me my $$ back saying, "I don't know what else to do, there is nothing wrong with it." On a friend's recommendation I took my truck to R&M. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it properly, explained what they did and make recommendations for other issues. The other shop I used to use was cheaper but if they can't fix the problem what's the point? I'll be taking all of our cars there now.

Honest, quick, great work, good price, last minute drop off. What more can you ask for? Left my 3 year old kia with them for a day and got it back in brand new condition. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Had my car ready 30 minutes earlier than expected. Highly recommend. Will be going back! Thanks Reed! So glad I found you.

I decided to come here after having enough dealing with madness at Toyota. I decided to come here based on wonderful reviews on yelp and I am so happy I did because I instantly trusted these guys. It's not because my car was so cheap to repair. They ended up finding multiple things that needed to be repaired and were fairly serious repairs. This is the first time I felt they had my best interest in mind and really took wonderful care of my vehicle . It wasn't cheap but the price was fair! And I know that it would have been insanely higher at a dealership. The customer service here is stellar, from the front desk to the manager. They have made a customer out of me. Hopefully next time all I will need is an oil change haha.

They were awesome!My daughter's Honda had a major coolant leak and would not hold ANY coolant. I took it in for a diagnostic test and they determined that the engine block had a crack in it. They were able to tell me that the car was under a special factory warranty recall for this exact problem. They took it over to Kolbe Honda for the warranty repair and we had a new engine a week later.I'm very impressed with RM Auto and Honda!

Great service and prices. Friendly, patient, and knowledgable staff. I would highly recommend getting your oil changed at RM Automotive. Looking forward to my car's break and transmission service with these guys.
