5/1/2015: I wanted to update that not only has RM Automotive serviced my car to the highest quality, but that their customer service is wonderful. I used their web service to schedule a maintenance, as I only seem to remember about it around 11PM at night, and they were quick to schedule and confirm the appointment via email and phone. I've recommended several of my friends who needed services to them.

My 99 Lexus started over heating and RM determined the problem was w the fan switch. It was replaced and the problem didn't go away. There seemed to be a blockage in the radiator at which Time I decided not to continue w additional repairs and cut my losses. Later in a customer care call by Hyde from RM Auto, Rich generously Offered and gave me credit for that repair and applied it to the services needed on my LandCruiser. Thank you RM Auto, Rich and Hyde, as this was extremely helpful in these tough times. Thanks again.

I needed a valve adjustment on my Acura MDX. After calling around other different places, none were available to take my car asap. Then I remembered RM Automotive! I called and spoke to Rich and he said I can leave my car overnight since he needs it to be cold in order for them to work on it the following day.Within 24 hours I was able to pick up my car. Thank you to everyone at RM Automotive for being professional, reliable, and efficient!

Had my alternator replaced on my 06 is 250 after 140,000 miles. Rich gave a ball park figure on what to expect to pay, and that is exactly what I paid. I was please with the work and time it took to get done. I will be going back for sure for other suggested services they advised i should consider in the future. Not pushy or stubborn. AAA get a nice %off, since they are a AAA certified repair shop, so bring your card with you.

Absolutely phenomenal place to get your car worked on. I was in a bind and the folks at RM Automotive fixed my car in a timely and costly manor. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. One thing that truly sets them apart is their customer service. When I walked in, Mike greeted me with a firm handshake which really made me feel welcome. I will definitely be using them in the future.
