Today I came in here, my first impression was that it was so clean and its unlike any other mechanics I've been to. I told them straight forward what is going on with my car and they told me a straight forward answer. The guy that helped me, Richard, helped me with an honest, reliable, trustworthy answer. They really try give out full service best for my car and not only that but they checked on any other problems on my car. I'm coming back for more! They really helped !

I was referred to RM Automotive through my AAA membership. When I told them I had recently purchased my vehicle used. They did a thorough inspection & gave recommendations on some things that needed to be addressed given the mileage. Rick was on top of things and got my car serviced @ a reasonable time & price. Would definitely recommend to friends.

RM Automotive spotted a water pump leak I wasn't aware of. My radiator was almost dry as a result of the leak. They called my Extended Warranty Company and handled my entire repair reimbursement without me having to get involved. Many thanks RM Automotive!

I went here to get a used car inspection (before buying the car from a private seller). I saw the reviews on Yelp and also saw that it was AAA-certified. I was not disappointed.Other places (like Midas) quoted me a price of around $50 for a used car inspection and said it would take 30 minutes. RM Automotive charges $100 and said it would take an hour. So, I was a bit skeptical due to the higher price but in the end I'm glad I came here.Rich was very approachable and answered any questions I had regarding the car. At one point he even had me come and take a look at the underside of the car on the lift. Their level of customer service and thoroughness was well worth the money.I would recommend this place to anyone.

The first thing you'll notice about R M Automotive is that it's immaculately clean. And not just compared to a garage. It's spotless. They also have good a customer service record on Yelp, which is how I decided to use them to repair my 2007 Prius.Rich and his team are extremely professional and to-the-point when it comes to diagnosing and describing a problem to their customers. I felt like I was informed at all times during the repair work, and Rich gave me options to consider for my car's problems.The final bill didn't waver a cent from what they told me, and I appreciated their straightforward approach and quality workmanship. Hopefully I won't need their services again soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to visit R M again.
