Everyone at RM is great. I have an old Accord that I want to drive for as long as possible and I enjoy taking it to the shop. I still do some repairs on my own but no one in the SF Valley compares to RM when I don't have the time, tools, or knowledge to do it myself. I'm so happy to have found a mechanic shop that takes pride in their work and provides great customer service that I am happy to support them by spending my money there.

This was my first visit and I really liked how helpful they were. They were able to fix the major problem with my car and now it is driving smoothly.

GO to RM Automotive in Northridge! Why get the brush off at the dealership, where repairs are over priced. There your nothing more than a Number, and a way to increase their revenues. Excellent service. I have been bringing my Honda Accord, Toyota Camry and before that my Acura Integra to RM Automotive since they opened. Mike, Reed and all the technicians have maintained the cars in excellent conditions.I was able to put 243,000 miles on my 1994 Honda Accord because of RM Automotive.

My rave reviews of this service shop are probably getting repetitive at this point. Not only do I think that they are the best auto service shop I've ever dealt with, they've become my favorite service provider of any type! Had to drop in yesterday unannounced for a minor repair and, true to form, Rich took care of the problem in a flash and off I went. But a funny side story. I am toying with the idea of getting a new car and I told Rich and Heidi that I will only buy a car that they can service! I am not considering any car that they don't repair. Boy, that's a loyal customer!

My previous mechanic is in the OC but I'm not making that drive anymore. To Yelp I went and good thing I did because I found RM Auto near me. I called and they had a same day appointment. Rich (the general manager) took time to talk to me to really pin point the problem before working on the car. They also have a complimentary vehicle inspection that looks for other potential problems. My older car's issues ended up being rather complex to diagnose but Rich and his team found it and fixed it. He kept me informed the whole way and I never felt as though I was being taken advantage of. Fantastic customer service and quality work at a fair price. They have a new customer for life.

I've been going to the dealer to service my car and when they recently closed, I needed to find a new place. I discovered RM Automotive here on yelp and the reviews absolutely measure up. They did the necessary servicing and did a thorough overview of the car which seems to be a routine thing they do. While they did discover /inform me of some additional normal wear and tear issues that should be addressed soon (brakes and spark plugs), they did not push these additional services as most other mechanic shops would. I will definitely be bringing my car back for these services.They are knowledgeable, they take pride in the work they provide, are timely, and their prices seem quite fair and reasonable, even before the AAA discount. I;m glad I discovered this place. Thanks Mike and thank you yelpers.

Same great service as usual: had oil changed, tune-up, etc. Place was clean, everyone was friendly and went out of their way, service was quick and reliable and explanations given for work completed and what additional servicing should be done. All that plus we got our AAA discount! Thank you!
